Mr. William M. "Ken" Johnson, age 85, died Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Dodge County Hospital in Eastman.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2022 in the chapel of Hardy-Towns Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Hamilton officiating.
Visitation will be at 1 p.m., one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Johnson was born August 22, 1936 to the late Susie Mae Williams and Charles M. Johnson. He was a member of Elam Baptist Church and a former member of Jaycee's. He served in the U.S. Army and was retired from the Department of Community Affairs and a retired U.S. Marshall. He was a 1959 graduate of Mercer University and owner/operator/administrator of Middle Georgia Nursing Home.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his children, Mallory White (Joshua Bryant), Marty Johnson (Allison), Mike Johnson (Jennifer), and Mitch Johnson; grandchildren, Hannah Johnson, Will Johnson, Maggie Reimer (Wes), Millie Johnson, Charlie Johnson, Brad Johnson, Briar White, Crystal White, and Bailey Ethridge; great grandson, Marshall Reimer.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Kathryn Cobb Johnson and grandsons, Jerry White Jr. and Braydon Stokes.
