Mr. William Bond Sr., age 73, of Eastman passed away Sunday, December 28, 2014.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m., Wednesday, December 31, 2014 in the chapel of Hardy-Towns Funeral Home with Dr. Rick Mitchell and Rev. Billy Baker officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Bond, the son of Gladys Cooper and the late Wallace Bond Jr. was a member of Eastman First United Methodist Church, a retired truck driver, and was an avid gardener.
He is survived by his wife, Wynell Murkerson Bond; children, William Bond Jr. (Julie), Cassy Martin (Will), Lori Anne Bond, and Alaina Bond, mother, Gladys Bond; sister Patricia Mullis (John); grandchildren, Paige Lann, Jakob Bond, and Zane Martin.
