Mrs. Sarah Lois Brown, age 88, died Thursday, June 27, 2019.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 29, 2019, at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Brown was born January 7, 1931 in Dodge County to the late Becky Joiner and Early Wright. She was of Baptist faith and enjoyed gardening, sewing, and her chickens.
She is survived by her children; Judy Faye Freeman, Sara Jo Yawn (Mike), Carol Singletary (Cheyenne), Ray Brown, and Alvin Brown; sister, Edna Dowdy; sister-in law, Shirley Wright; twelve grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Marcus Gordon Brown; son, Thomas Jessie Brown; siblings, Ida Pearl Crosby, Alta Mae Taylor, Louise Brown, Tommy Wright, Junior Wright, and Wendall Wright.
