Mr. Wright was born on November 13, 1924 in Eastman, Georgia to the late Claude and Vienna Wright. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Teet Wright and grandson, Bobby Beach.

He was a member of Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church. Olin was a World War II veteran and lobbied for his fellow veterans through his faithful service with Veterans of Foreign Wars for many years.

Olin is survived by his second wife, Barbara Wright; children, Michael (Linda) Wright of Ft. Mitchell, AL, Patsy Delahoussaye of Lafayette, LA, Janie (Woody) Moore of Richmond Hill, GA, Bonnie Gleaton of Chapin, SC, Jackie (Danny) Sheppard of Richmond Hill, GA, and David (Sharon) Wright of Liberty, MO; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, March 2, 2013 at the Richmond Hill Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Eastman, GA with full military honors.
