Mrs. Mary Lillian Harvill, age 88, of Eastman died Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at her residence.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, December 10, 2022 in the chapel of Hardy-Towns Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Giddens-Harrell cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Harvill was born January 19, 1934 in Laurens County to the late Lula Mae Clark and William Purvis. She was a member of Church of Lord Jesus Christ in Helena, GA and retired from Stuckey's. She loved her Lord and her family. She was a great cook and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mrs. Harvill is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Harvill; children, Steve Crabb (Stacey), Glenda Edge, Danny Crabb (Teresa) and Dannett Mullis (Sammy); brother, Oscar Purvis (Sue); eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by children, Johnny Crabb and Eddie Matthew Crabb along with siblings, John A. Purvis, William May Purvis, Henry M. Purvis, W.R. Purvis, Edwin Purvis (Ann), Lavada Purvis, Leila Mae Green, and Pearlene P. Piper.
