Mrs. Mary Ruth Coleman, age 92, of Eastman passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 at Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Hardy-Towns Chapel with Dr. Rick Mitchell officiating. A private committal service will follow the service in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 til 3 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
Mrs. Coleman was born January 19, 1925 in Bowling Green, Fl. to the late Ada Fielding and Curtis Shiver. She was a member of Eastman First United Methodist Church and was retired from the family business, Coleman Grocery.
She is survived by her daughter Ginny Neal (Cody) of Moultrie, Ga.; sons Terry Coleman (Carol) and Randy Coleman, both of Eastman.
Mrs. Coleman was predeceased by husband, Lewis Coleman and sons, Richard (Stock) Coleman, Dr. John Coleman, and Dr. Dan Coleman.
