Mrs. Marie Braswell, age 70, of Eastman died Thursday, January 19, 2023 at Heart of Georgia Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Monday, January 23, 2023 at Zebulon Baptist Church in Eastman.
Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5-7p.m. at Hardy-Towns Funeral Home.
Mrs. Braswell was born July 27, 1952 to the late Louise and Tom Pittman. She was a member of Zebulon Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She also loved the Atlanta Braves.
Mrs. Braswell is survived by her husband, Wendel Braswell; children, Mark Braswell (Amy), Wendy Hilliard (Jason) and Tony Braswell (Brandi); grandchildren, Brianna Jones, Anya Braswell, Mackenzie Braswell, Colton Braswell, Brock Braswell, and Kennedy Braswell; great-grandchildren, Waylon Jones, Wyatt Jones and River Jones; siblings, Sara Pittman, Larry Gene Johnson (Wilson), Tommy Pittman, and Kathy Faulk (Gary).
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by great- grandson, Colson Jones.
