Marathon Weeks Graham, age 94, of Eastman, died Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Chaplinwood Health and Rehabilitation in Milledgeville, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 30, 2023 at Hardy Towns Chapel with interment following in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Graham was born March 2, 1929 in Dodge County to the late Russell Briggs and Minnie Lee Harrell Weeks. She was a graduate of Eastman High School, attended Bessie Tift College and Bethlehem Baptist Church. She held many secretarial positions and was a former employee of Robins Air Force Base.
She was preceded in death by her brother, James Lewis Weeks and brother-in-law, Durward D. Murphy.
Mrs. Graham is survived by one sister, Evelyn Murphy of Milledgeville; one sister-in-law, Shirley Weeks of Atlanta; one nephew, Russell Kent Weeks (Melanie) of Atlanta; three nieces, Kay Ingram of Texas, Terri Zeyfang (Rob) of Evans, Wendy Harris (Steven) of Virginia; three great-nephews, Will Craig (Alisa) of Saudi Arabia, Daniel Ingram of Texas, Graeme Weeks of Atlanta; one great-niece, Kelli Ann Shook (Josh) of Texas.
