Mr. Lonnie T. Parkerson, age 72, of Eastman died Thursday, July 16, 2020 at The Dodge County Hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 10 A.M. Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Lovely Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Parkerson was born in McRae, Georgia July 1, 1948 to the late Edith May Parkerson and Henry Marion Parkerson. He was a member of Lovely Grove Baptist Church and served as Dodge County Magistrate Judge. He loved playing the guitar and singing, training Bird Dogs, and spending time with family. Mr. Parkerson was known for helping others, putting them before himself.
He is survived by two daughters, Brandi Hardin (Rusty) and Cindy O'Quinn (Heath) both of Eastman; sister, Trenetta Graham (Wayne) of Eastman; grandchildren, Parker Hardin, Thomas Barrentine, Demi Barrentine, and Abbigail Hardin; aunt, Dixie Farmer.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Gail Beck Parkerson and his brother, Sid Parkerson.
