Mr. Jody Lancaster, age 44, of Eastman passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, July 22, 2016 at Hardy-Towns Chapel with Rev. Gary Andrews and Rev. Jay Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Lancaster Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 til 8 p.m., Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the funeral home.
Mr. Lancaster was born November 1, 1971 in McRae, Georgia to parents, Wanda and Charlie Lancaster. He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.
He is survived by children, Jody Blake Lancaster and Madison Danielle Lancaster both of Talking Rock, Ga; parents, Wanda and Charlie Lancaster of Eastman, Ga.; siblings, Brandy Dennis (Len) of Wheeler County, Ga. and Kip Lancaster (Amanda) of Hawkinsville, Ga.; grandmother, Maudie Lou Lancaster of Hawkinsville, Ga.; nieces and nephews, Anthony Dennis, Emily Dennis, Zane Dennis, and Raegan Lancaster.
He was predeceased by grandparents, Ernest and Emma Lee Rolland, and Otis Lancaster.
The family will be at the home of his parents, 2066 Lancaster Rd., Eastman, Georgia.
