John B. Bowen, age 44, of Cornelius, NC, formerly of Eastman, died Monday, February 7, 2011.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 10 at 11 a.m. at Hardy-Towns Chapel. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m.
Rev. Bobby Jones and Rev. Ricky Gilmore will be officiating.
Mr. Bowen was a member of Plainfield Baptist Church and was plant manager at K. Machine in Savannah.
Mr. Bowen is survived by his wife, Kathy Bowen, of Cornelius, NC; daughters, Joni Bowen, Lauren Bowen, and Harlie Bowen of Eastman; step-daughters, Kiana Tiamson, and Katelyn Tiamson of Cornelius, NC; mother and step-father, Willie Bell and David Rawlins of Eastman; and Angie Campbell, mother of daughters.
Those serving as pallbearers will be Nicki Hickman, Ronald McAfee Jr, Hank Sapp, Ronald McAfee Sr, Ronnie Johnson, and Ricky Gilmore.
