Mrs. Joanne S. Baggett, age 83, died Saturday, May 25, 2019.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 29, 2019 in the chapel of Hardy-Towns Funeral Home with Rev. Dwayne Dunn and Rev. Jack Lee officiating. Interment will follow in Old Daniels Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5 til 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Baggett was born January 24, 1936 in Telfair County to the late Mattie Lee Pace and Charles M. Studstill. She was a member of Old Daniels Baptist Church. She was retired from Buddy NeSmith Oil Company as well as retired from Norfolk Southern Railway.
She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Moore (James), and her son, Farrell Baggett (Pam); sister, Jackie Keating; brother, Larry Studstill; grandchildren, Heather Baggett, Andrew Baggett (Taylor), Parker Baggett, and Christin Russell (Gerald); great-grandchildren, Taylor Faulk, Gavin Faulk, Drew Baggett, Beau Baggett, and Bear Russell.
She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Baggett and brother, Charles Lee Studstill.
The family will be at the home of Farrell Baggett, 1770 Horne Road, Eastman, GA.
