Mrs. Jessie Lee Cherry, age 84, of Eastman died Friday, March 15, 2013.
Funeral services will be at 3 PM Saturday, March 16, 2013 in the Chapel of Hardy-Towns Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Orphans Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 til 3 at the funeral home.
She was the daughter of the late Narcissus Murkerson and Charlie W. Giddens and is survived by one sister, Grace Coleman and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Cherry was predeceased by her husband, Bill Cherry; daughters, Patricia Cherry and Cynthia Cherry; siblings, Math Giddens, Ray Giddens, Lena Maddox, Buck Giddens, Leila Coleman, C.W. Giddens Jr., I.J Giddens, and twin Johnnie Lee Giddens.
