Mr. Jerry Crutchfield, age 61, of Eastman died Saturday, November 26, 2016 at his residence.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 5 til 7 pm at the funeral home.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Crutchfield was born in Hawkinsville, Ga. October 2, 1955 to the late Ludie Mae Boutwell and James Crutchfield. He was of the Baptist faith, a graduate of Dodge County High School and served in the US Marine Corp.
He is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Gunal (Duvut) of Germany; sister, Janet Kirkpatrick (Dennis) of Cochran, Ga.; nephew, Heath Kirkpatrick (Tiffany) of Augusta, Ga.; niece, Kylie Wunsch (Doug) of Warner Robins, Ga.; aunts, Mary Ann Graham (Ray) of Lizella, Ga. and Betty Holland (Terry) of Cadwell, Ga.; uncle, Eddie Boutwell (Evelyn) of Gainesville, Ga.
