Mr. Jermiah S. Morris, Jr., age 22, passed away Friday, September 11, 2026. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

Jermiah was born July 14, 2004 to Shannon Neesmith Morris and Jermiah “Jeremy” Morris, Sr. He lived a life full of smiles and loved sunshine and music. He enjoyed travelling and was instantly loved by everyone he met. He was known to many as “Miah” and was eternal sunshine to those who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Morris is survived by his grandparents, Howard and Ellen NeeSmith; his great grandparents, Jeannette NeeSmith, Burnis and Shirley Jones; his uncles, Ray NeeSmith (Nikki), Kyle NeeSmith, and CJ Morris; his cousins, Okela NeeSmith, Kloe NeeSmith, and TJ NeeSmith; as well as many other beloved family members.

Mr. Morris is predeceased by his grandparents, Clifford and Donna Morris; his great grandparents, Raymond and Lois McClure, and James Howard NeeSmith; and his dear friend, Haley Grace Lane.
