He is survived by parents, Samantha Cook and Joshua Spires of Milan; maternal grandparents, Donna and Jason Cook of Blakely, Ga.; Paternal grandparents, Melissa and Daniel Spires of Milan; great grandparents, Ruby Spires and Shirley Edwards, both of Milan; aunt, Christian Cook of Blakely, Ga.; uncle, Brandon Spires of Milan.
