Mr. H.F. Black, age 69, of Eastman died Monday, October 7, 2013.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in the Chapel of Hardy-Towns Funeral Home with Rev. Myron Parkerson and Pastor Larry Mullis officiating. Interment will follow in Rock Branch Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Jean Black; sons, Timmy Black (Marilyn), Johnny Black (Tracey), Greg Black, and Matt Black; step-son, David Strickland; sister, Thelma Joiner; former wife, Suellen Black; grandchildren, Tracy Branch, Trey Matthews, Brittany Black, Arin Black, Dawson Black, Morgan Black, Jennifer Carter, and Crystal Black; five great grandchildren.
Mr. Black was predeceased by parents, Lola Belle Asbell and Harlow Black Sr.; siblings, John Henry Black, Elmer Black, Mary Black, and Brenda Black.
Those serving as pallbearers are Steve Thompson, Tommy Thompson, Steve Freeman, Wayne Smalley, Frankie Dunn, Ben Dunn, Keith Attaway, and Eddie Attaway. Honorary pallbearers are J.B. Roland, Goat Roland, Edward Sheffield, Cecil Johnson, Greg Johnson, and Lonnie Parkerson.
