Mrs. Gladys Wimberly Cooper Bond, age 98, passed away Monday, April 1, 2019 at The Oaks Nursing Home in Marshallville, Georgia.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 4, 2019 in Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Ted Goshorn officiating.
Mrs. Bond was born August 27, 1920 in Chatham County, Georgia. She was a member of Eastman First United Methodist Church and retired from Stuckey's Candy Company.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Mullis (John) of Ideal, Georgia; daughter-in-law, Wynell Bond of Eastman; grandchildren, John R. Mullis Jr. (Lisa), Lynn Mullis-Timmons (Doug), William L. Bond Jr. (Julie), Cassy B. Martin (Will), and Lori B. Salgado (Meli); eleven great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband William Wallace Bond Jr.; son, William Bond Sr.; Parents, Dora Wimberly Cooper and Arthur L. Cooper and Elizabeth Wimberly Bynum and William James BynumSiblings, Arthur Cooper and Lois Shaw.
