Mrs. Faye Fordham Wright, age 80, of Eastman, Georgia passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, May 2, 2026. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Larry Wilbanks officiating.
Mrs. Wright was born October 17, 1945 to the late Estelle Pirkle and Abner Fordham. She was a member of Zebulon Baptist Church and retired from CB&T Bank. She enjoyed gardening and date nights with her husband, Edward. In her youth, she was a 1963 graduate of Dodge County High School where she was a member of the State Champion basketball team. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Mrs. Wright is survived by her husband, Edward Wright; her children, Amy Bonnette (Steven), Leigh Guest (David), Trey Dean (Mindy), and Jonathan Wright (Lonna); her grandchildren, Jack Bonnette, Maddie Bonnette, Blake Mullis, Dawson Guest, Tucker Guest, Hadley Dean, Emmalyn Wright, and Sarah Wright; and her sister, Gwenette Evans.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wright is predeceased by her siblings, Lynn Fordham and Maxine Morton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Zebulon Baptist Church.
