Mr. Elliott M. Loyless Jr., age 95, of Eastman died Friday, March 22, 2013.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2013 at Eastman First United Methodist Church with Rev. Rick Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in Orphans Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday evening from 5til7 pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Loyless was a WWII veteran and a faithful member of First United Methodist Church and the Tom Oliver Sunday School Class. He was a member of the Clemson University "Great Class of 1939" and superintendant of the Eastman Cotton Mill for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Greta Pickett Loyless of Eastman; daughter, Raymoth Burnham of Eastman; sons, Elliott Loyless III (Sara) of Brandon, Fl. and Rev. Kirk Loyless (Martha) of Donaldsonville, Ga.; sister, Selona Murph of Aiken, SC.; five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
