Mr. David E. "Pete" Studstill, age 87, of Eastman passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Dogwood Gardens.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 20, 2019 in the chapel of Hardy-Towns Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Orphans Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 til 7 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2019 at the funeral home.
Mr. Studstill was born December 30, 1931 in Dodge County to parents, Amma Lee Bowen Studstill and Walter David Studstill. He was a member of Old Daniels Baptist Church and was president of Graham Studstill Construction Company for over fifty years.
He is survived by sons, David E. Studstill Jr. (Donna) of McDonough, Ga. and Mark G. Studstill (Jill) of Eastman; grandchildren, David E, Studstill III (Erin), Donna Denea Fransen (Brad), Blake M. Studstill (Ashley), Camyryn Studstill, Brayden Studstill, Cayden Studstill, and Brianna Studstill; great grandchildren, David E. Studstill IV and Reagan Odessa Studstill; sisters-in-law, Ruth Studstill and Joan Graham.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Studstill was predeceased by his wife, Martha Ann Graham Studstill and brothers, J.E. Studstill and Hank Studstill.
The family can be reached at the home of Mark and Jill Studstill, 6263 Creekview Dr. and will receive friends at the funeral home 5 til 7 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2019.
