Rev. Charles Albert Lyles' Obituary
Rev. Charles Albert Lyles, age 79, of Eastman died Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Heart of Georgia Nursing Home.
Funeral services will at 2 p.m., Friday, December 9, 2011 at Hardy-Towns Chapel with Rev. Donnie Sutton and Rev. Wayne Poole officiating. Interment will be at 4 p.m. at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Danville, Ga.
He is survived by his wife, Nonie Lyles of Eastman; nephew, James E. Lyles; special friends, Jessica & Casey Tripp; brothers & sisters in-law, Jeanette & Clyde Wallace of Cochran, Edna McKennie of Macon, Grace & Joe Edmondson of Lagrange, Ga., and Frank Collins of Danville, Ga.
He is predeceased by his parents, Berta Bonner and Charles Lyles and siblings, James Lyles and Gladys Lyles.
Rev. Lyles pastured for many years in Dodge, Telfair, Bibb, and Laurens Counties. He retired from Snow Hill Baptist Church after serving for eighteen years.
Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6 til 8 at the funeral home.
The family request in lieu of flowers contributions to Snow Hill Baptist Church or your favorite charity.
