Mr. Charles Monroe Dennis, age 74, of Eastman died Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Navicent Medical Center in Macon.
The family will host a Celebration of Life Service at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 7, 2022 at New Hope Free Will Baptist Church in Empire.
Mr. Dennis was born July 8, 1948 in McRae, Georgia to the late Bessie Mae Holder and Monroe Dennis. He was a 1968 graduate of Dodge County High School, a Navy Vietnam Veteran, and retired from Robins Air Force Base. He enjoyed flying ultralight aircraft and fishing and other outdoor activities with his grandson, Zachery.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Dennis, children, Chad Dennis (Mahsa) and Amber Dennis Bruno (Vittorio); grandson, Zachery Sandoval; sister, Shirley Faye Dennis Dykes; several nieces and nephews.
