Mr. James Winston Parker, age 69, died Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Eastman Healthcare and Rehab. Funeral services will be at 2p.m. Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Hardy-Towns Chapel with Rev. Bobby Joe Ryals officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday evening from 6 til 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Parker was born July 9, 1946 in Augusta, Georgia to the late Mary Leta Dixon and James T. Parker . He was of the Baptist faith and a retired painter. He is survived by one sister, Faye Joiner (Pete); one brother, Ronnie Parker; nieces and nephews, Jennifer Conley (Brad), Chad Jones (Donna), Brandon Parker, and Chris Parker; great niece and nephew, Delton Conley and Ashlyn Conley.
