Mr. Willard Wright, age 72, of Eastman died Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Bryant Nursing Home. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, March 11, 2022 in the chapel of Hardy-Towns Funeral Home. Mr. Wright “Big MO” was born November 10, 1949 in Eastman, Georgia to parents, Marie Faulk Wright and the late Willie M. Wright. He loved making others laugh and could be heard making jokes up until some of his final days. He enjoyed the outdoors, all things sweet, his Elvis music, and cheering on his beloved Atlanta Falcons. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. The family is extremely grateful for the outpouring of love and support. He is survived by children, Timothy Wright, Sheri Wright, and Cindi Wright-Edgerton (Hope); mother, Marie Wright; siblings, Patsy Snelgrove, Stanley Wright, and Jeff Wright; grandchildren, Cierra Smith-Rewis (Marco), Anthony Wright, and Hunter Wright; great grandchildren, Gabriel Rewis and Skylar Rewis. He was predeceased by his former wife, Sherry Tucker Wright, father, Willie M. Wright, brother, Ricky Wallace Wright, and sister-in-law, Marlene Wright.
